04/10/12 02:59 PM Some advice regarding new accounts. by Diavolo

Lately the amount of funny, fake or undesired accounts seems to increase and as a direct response to this, our tolerance decreases.

It's simple; if you want to get into the Club, you have to get past the doorman.

So here are some very simple rules:

No undesired countries.

Don't blame us, blame your fellow countrymen. If you're a serious user and happen to live in Nigeria, China or Afghanistan, use a proxy to hide that fact until you have proven yourself here. If not, and we detect you; you're gone. You have the odds stacked against you and we rather miss out on that one serious Nigerian than each week endure twenty deceased uncles sharing their fortune or ten idiots selling shit. To us your soul, butt-hole and well-being is worthless, so sell that crap elsewhere.

No completely fake profile.

We don't need to know who you really are but it is better to not share than to share fake information. It isn't hard for us to find out how real certain information is and yes, we do check when we feel the need. If the amount of fake stuff stacks, it will not be in your favor. A fake email combined with fake info, a fake birth-date and a suspicious IP will tag you as undesired. About birth-dates; If you can't even do the effort to fill in a (reasonably) correct birth date; you don't get in. And no, we don't believe for a second you're really ninety years old.

No multiple accounts.

You create one account, wait until approved and you are allowed in. It's that easy. If you don't have the patience to wait; go elsewhere. It usually takes up to one week to be approved and considering you survived this far in life without being here, one additional week will not be disastrous. More accounts originating at the same IP will all get kicked.

No retarded user names.

You might think it is funny to be known as hornybuttfucker but to us, all that fun stuff is pretty old and on average isn't an indication you're the type we desire. So if you don't take yourself serious, don't expect us to do different.

...

If you create an account here, you want to be part of the Club. We did not ask you to join nor were we desperately waiting on you. We've been doing well for more than a decade before you joined and will be doing well after you leave.

This doesn't imply we don't appreciate every new user that contributes and if you're that type, we are glad you joined.

If however, you are the other type, just go elsewhere. If not, keep in mind that we need less time to remove you than you need to get in so if that's the game you like to play, know you can't possibly win.
