That's an interesting form of tagging I've never heard of until now. I should do one of those and use it as a Christmas decoration. It doesn't seem like a very practical way to vandalize something though. I haven't even seen it here in San Diego, but I suppose it's only so long until this becomes popular.
I could also see this becoming a good alternative for family owned businesses in need of new lights. I'm surprised no one else has posted a reply to this thread. It's very surprising indeed.
