New Features, Design Coming Soon
I've been working on a new design layouts for the site along with some new features which should be implemented in the next couple of weeks. I haven't decided on a final theme or design yet. I know some of you guys are artists/designers, if you're interested in designing some concepts or mock ups, feel free to drop me a line via PM.
There is a new shop in the works which will launch in December featuring books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, jewelery and of course apparel.
That's it for now, more to follow soon...

Nice design so far xear. I'm not too sure of the big black 'L' around Baphomet though. It's a bit too plain for my taste.
I love the pic of Baphomet though!

I agree with the comment about the big black L and the comment about the colors. What I think is odd is that I logged on earlier today and if memory serves, the side boxes were within the black margin thing. Now they are off again. Perhaps it was a weird display issue on my part? I don't know if you tried to change anything.

You know I was just remarking to myself about how the new design made the whole "portal" feel seem less cluttered. I really like this latest design.
Truth be told, I didn't design this banner. This one was was done by Rob_Church (sintheticgraphics.com )

72 dpi is the standred for the web,the only reason to go over that is for printing, as dpi= dots per inch and the standered print rez is 300 dpi,but for web no need to go higher the only reason it would be pixelated is when its sliced up and saved for web at lower quailty to reduce the load speed.where do you see this pixelization disabuse?

Thank you for the education Rob. I have had lots of art classes and realize the 72 dpi rule (I'm a designer). The curtain under 600 looks reduced. Looks like reduction for load speed, which is fine if that is what the targeted goal is, load speed (though I believe with high-speed these days, load time is not that big of a deal anymore).
You can just ignore me Rob, the image itself is great, but ask Rick, I'm the pickiest critic he's probably ever met. I'm all about major images being crystal clear, and the text itself appears a little fuzzy and not crisp. The large text that is. The smaller gothic text looks fine.
That's probably why Rick still asks me what I think of his projects, because I tell him exactly what I see. The image is good work though, all in all.

The only thing I can give you is my company's website, which is currently downed because of too many clients for the amount of personnel I have working for me (one artist and one coder). I am the lead designer, and everything we put out has to go through my eyes first before I approve it for the client. I keep the two of them very busy to say the least. We are also not a traditional design company where we push out numbers. I thrive on high quality, I could care less about quantity. If it takes us 2 months to push out perfection for one client, then so be it.
Alternate Creations
I sign a nondisclosure clause with all of my clients. So, my work goes unrecognized other then by word of mouth through my clients. So, in other words, I am bound by law to keep my mouth shut, otherwise I owe people money. I have an "office" here in Phoenix, and an actual office in Massachusetts where both my little bees live.
But, like I said, the banner looks great, its just not crisp, which is what I personally shoot for in my company.

I love the glowing red on black ambience!
I was wondering if the left and right margins would look better in black instead of gray, though?

Xear, I really like the lay out. It looks amazing and is fluid. The color layout is a bit satanicly cliche, but cliche's can be fun. I noticed that the chat room is limited, have you had a chance to look into Userplane yet? I have to admit, to get the integration you got here would require you to pay some money, and we all know that can be a pain at times. Regardless which route ya go, it is all good.
As for other features on the site, you have any other ideas? Kickapps.com could be handy for ya. It has integration features so that you can add video like Youtube.com, MySatan.ning.com, and MySpace.com. Worth looking into.
Anyways, love the new look over the old look. Keep it up.

I was not trying to make a easy jesture or make it a wiccan site. Also I have not figured out all grafic designing yet still working on that.Yes flesh n bone giant pan heads are going to stay with the site forever im sure but i figured it would also be a good thing to incorp all the wiccan,Satanism, and paganism alike because it speaks volumes about not just wonderful art but also to help so leadership to lost souls in all these realms who do not even know what thedifference is about the satanic self-worship andwiccan, pagan earth life worship.Yes i have plenty of visions from the fixed airwaves like a aquarian should.Dessimators of the internet.Hell my sign created it.Believe or not?Knowlege is our power Electricity is our best friend, plus we adore change.Paint alot of abstract art, like van gough?I have a basement society of art all on the walls and floor. My own self worship studio.I think to put all\ these ideas together flaming heads, flesh n bone, and the void would draw in a bigger circle of netted friends.Help give wiccans, satanist, pegans the chance to rise as one.We all know who the great horned god of the forest is.Not trying to criticize just being real. i seriously hope you are joking.wiccan, satanist and pagan united in one voice lol they are nothing alike. wiccans worship the earth and imaginary gods/godess 3 fold law nonsense they are no better then the xians, the satanist worships him/her self the satanist knows their actions are only thiers to blame. fuck karma ,the 3 fold law,or gods wrath these are words of the weak, words of thouse waiting for some divine power to smite their enemys or avange actions that they took like bitchs from their enemys.a belif that beaucse you hurt some one the universe will hurt you in some way these are words of the victims of the world.
as for the art, rick wanted something classic somthing beautful but still had a very satanic vibe, had he said i want some peace love and granola bars with happy colors and smiling moons i probly would have not made the banner.
bigger circle of freinds ,why would you want thouse kind of friends?.quality over quanity.give me one self realized perosn not living in a make belive world over 10000 clones day dreaming their existance away or worrying about the thier next life and not this one. as for the rest of your crypitc message thats all i can make out.

I have to agree. I would much rather have a friend I consider my equal than a horde of idiots that I have to lower myself to in order to do anything of value. One decent conversation is better than 50 headbutting contests.

This is for anyone interested. I believe I can set up a private poker game on Full Tilt Poker. You would have to be a registered member there first. When I have some down time, I can investigate that option further. I have played in several private games there. Usually a host sets it up, that would be me, and then I can send an invite to anyone interested. It would include a password and the setup of the game. I can make it cheap, expensive, etc. I might even be able to make it for freebie chips. Depending on interest, I can work on this. I would need minimum 8 players. The more the merrier. I am also a member on Bogog, Green Tie, Mansion, Ultimate Bet, and Poker Stars.

Count me in. I play on FullTilt a lot, as well as the casinos here in LA. If you can get a freeroll going that would be great, and probably allow more people to join in.

A quick update. I haven't forgotten about this idea. However, after doing some investigating, it looks like I won't be able to hook this up as easily as I thought. The major sites require that I form a partnership with them. Meaning that I would have to have a website for poker, recruit members, offer multiple games, etc. All I wanted to do was create a free or cheap game that us interested members could participate in. I have not given up just yet. I'll talk with some of the folks I play live games with that run poker sites and see if I can partner with them. I may have to form a league, with a lot of members, to make this happen. I will look into that, and let interested parties know where we stand, and what actions might be required of them to make this happen. Again, I am looking for something fun, cheap or free, and open to all levels of play. Something for us Satanic players to while away a couple of hours when nothing else is going on, and not get invested for a lot of money.
Sorry for unlocking this thread. Feel free to lock it again.

OK, I have been playing poker on facebook, and I've found that the same program now accomodates myspace. I know, Rick, David and myself all have myspace (not to mention others on here), so we could play poker for free on there. I like the program, but maybe Rick could check it out to see if he likes it.
There are tournemants, no limit and private game options.
I wasn't sure if you had a myspace FP, but it might be worth having one, just for us playing poker, if nothing else?
Anyway guys, let me know if you join and we can organise a suitable time, my thought would be late on a Thursday or Friday night for you guys, but let me know what times would suit you best.

I, sad to say, am a poker virgin, I think.
I mean, I've done it once before, but I was drunk, and it wasn't for money.
Does that still make me a virgin?
I'd love to play, and if I was the "Dave" of which you were refering, I'd definitely love to learn the game.
Here we play "Texas Hold'em", which I believe just escalates into an enormously large pot where one can lose their life's savings in a few minutes. When they say "everything's bigger in Texas", they're not shittin'.
So I guess I should brush up on the "Hoyle Casino" game we bought for my dad many years back, eh?

Sadly, yes you still qualify as a virgin. "Texas Hold em" is the game of choice. However, that doesn't mean you have to lose your life's savings in 10 minutes. In the real world, there are variations of the game. Such as pot limit, limit, and cap limit. Each version limits just how much a player can bet at any given round of betting. Each has it's merits and demerits. In limit, for example, you will only get paid a small portion for hitting your ace high flush and beating the guy holding trip Aces. In a case like that, you are thrilled if you are the guy holding the Aces, but pissed if you are the one holding the flush. That's where no limit might have gotten you paid a pirate's booty. You can also manipulate the length of the game by adjusting the blinds. Make them increase faster to induce more betting and all ins. Make them slower to allow longer play and more action. Make it a cash game where the blinds don't increase at all. Lastly, you can also use freebie points. Every website assigns players a certain amount of freebie points. If you lose them, you just reload more. The games play the same, but instead of losing next month's mortgage, you just lose some gold stars.
I don't know how the myspace or facebook games work, but they should have these options available. Try signing up at Full Tilt, Pokerstars, Bodog, or Doylesroom and give some free play a swing. Every site has a forum for the discussion of poker play. So you can learn and interact with other players just like here.

No, not on Myspace. It's all fun and games. Which I take as serious as if my last $2 were in the pot. I am now over $200k simply by playing. If you want to make money playing, try some of the for money sites. Full Tilt, Bodog, Ultimate Bet, Poker Stars, Doyle's Room, Absolute Poker, and others. I have an account at most of them, so I can attest they are on the up and up.

Those of you who are tired of reading my poker posts, ignore the rest of this. One of my favorite radio programs run by four idiots as dumb as me, offers a poker game in Atlantic City twice a year. They take over the Borgata for one day, and any listener willing to make the trip and pay to enter can play. I've never been able to attend, either because of bad timing or I just didn't have the cash available. The buy in is $300 and it pays out approximately $30,000 to the winner. It's an all day affair and hundreds of players enter. I always felt I could do well there, if I could just get there. Well the planets aligned and I am Atlantic City bound in a few weeks. We recently got our rewards from our Trump card. We can stay at Trump Plaza for free. I had my wife call them to get the full details. Our total cost to stay the night is $5.60. Solid. They had rooms available for the time I need to be there. So that's out of the way. The Junkies, the radio program, have a once a month poker tournament on Full Tilt Poker for members of their message board. It costs $11 to enter and based on the number of entries, you can win anywhere from $100 to $400. Well I decided to enter last week. I spent my last $11 on Full Tilt to do so. I now have $.45 left in my account there. This time they had a record number of users enter. It was over 100 players. The first place payout was $300 and some change. Second was $200 and some change. On down from there. I played a smart game. Within the first half hour, I was in the top 5 in chips. By the first hour, I was top 3. Thereafter, I took the chip lead and never looked back. I stayed in 1st or 2nd place for the next four hours. I eliminated players left and right. I built my lead. I got called names. I got rooted on. I took out one of the members of the radio show. I took out another later. I got booed and cheered. Eventually, I made it to the final table with a commanding lead in chips. Second place was one of the djs from the radio show. I have played him before on Full Tilt several times and we have spoken in person on more than one occasion. So we were familiar with each other. We swapped leads a few times. I would win a pot, he would win a pot. We would take out others at the table and increase our chips. Eventually, it came down to me and him heads up. I had a slight chip lead on him. As expected, we exchanged chips back and forth. Neither making a move really. It was after midnight by now. My goal was either catch a monster hand and make him make a mistake, or play very conservative and drag out the game. He has to be at the station by 5am, so I knew he would be watching the time very closely. Since I wasn't catching big hands, I went with the drag it out strategy. It was working. Then we both caught that magic hand. He pushed all in, and had a few more chips than me at that time. I had AQ and called instantly. I think he had a pocket pair of 7s. Fuck it all if nothing hit for me, and he won it. We both played that hand by the textbook. So for my 5 hour effort, I was rewarded with over $200 and 2nd place. I feel I should have won with the way I had played from start to finish. The point of this is that I now have most of the money required for the buy in. I have a free room waiting. I have the available vacation time. Gas prices are cheap. Looks like Fakey is going to Atlantic City in a couple of weeks to kick ass and take names. It will be rough. Pros play in these games. However I like my chances. I have been on a month long winning streak. I have finished 2nd in every tournament I have entered in the last month. I haven't paid a bar tab since. Using my winnings to do so. I am ranked in the top 10,000 players on myspace. Out of the millions that play there. Not easy to do. I just hope my luck didn't burn out the other night. I want $30,000.

Damn I feel your pain!!! Wow, Lee Childs huh? That's great, I noticed that you saw I'd made a post or two over on our 600 poker group on myspace, so I'll keep doing so.
We even have another member, I'm guessing is a friend of yours?? Great, there is life in them there groups after all.
I can't wait to come over to the states, hopefully I'll get to watch you play a tourny while I'm there, that would be a real hoot! I have a friend in Charlotte that I'm guessing isn't that far from you, well I know he's near Atlantic city too, so I'll be staying with him for a fair while. He is a friend of mine from the Armny that I met in Korea 20 years agon now. His youngest daughter is named Adelaide as a kudos to all us dancers he knew from there then.
Anyway, will give you all heaps of notice when I am going to come over, so that you can make suggestions of good cheap places I can stay around your areas. I totally understand that opening you personal houses to what adds up to pretty much a stranger is not realistic or fair even to expect. I'll take Morgan up though, on her offer. I can't wait to get to see New York through the eyes of a local like that. It's always the best way to experience a city, with a local that is.
ANyhoo off track AGAIN, congrats about your success, sorry the cards didn't land your way to land you on that last table. I'm sure we'll seee you on world poker tour before we know it.

I added Lee Childs as a friend. I don't think that is the member you are refering to. I will invite him to the group. I am going to make a post in a few, once I check the rest of the site. When you read it, you may see that you might be close to seeing me on the WPT or WSOP, or elsewhere.
Charlotte, depending on which one, is near me. I am 4 hours from Atlantic City. Maybe 5 from NY. Yes, I look forward to trying to work out some kind of vis a vis meeting. I'll pm you since I don't want to get all personal here.
Well the cards did mostly do what they were supposed to for me. I never got in bad with crappy hands. I never felt the pressure to play something like 82 offsuit. Laying down JJ was hard, but the information I was getting from my opponent told me I was making the right decision. It didn't hurt me much, but we would have chopped the pot had I stuck with it. My AQ suited all in call was the right move. Unless he had AA or AK, I was statistically ahead of him. I read on the website the final 13 players split the winnings. Bullshit. They would have sat their asses there and played me until I either busted out or won it. I don't settle for a 13 way tie.
Yes Woland, it's a myspace thing. Matter of fact, I don't think we have added each other. Hit me if you want to be added. It's rather boring lol.

That's not poker... especially tournament poker!!! If they aren't out to win, they should have been playing tiddly winks.
As Classy Freddy Vlassy would have said... "Ham'n'eggers!"
