Just adjust the 'width' and 'height' numbers.
It may be best to keep the correct 'aspect ratio' (by, for example, multiplying both numbers by the same fraction, e.g. 3/4 or 0.75 for 3/4 size).

For a still smaller one: 320x39

Okay, looking at your manual resize in the image tag bothered me. Today is my PT Alcoholic day and I couldn't sit on the side and watch people add these resized, horrible looking banners to their site.

So, if Rick wants to host these on his server, he can reply to this post with new links for you for each of these banners I remade. They are currently on imageshack as I don't want to host them on my server.

Smaller ones, without dropping the image quality any lower then it already is, will require working the entire image over. I'm not doing that since I'm not getting paid for it.
