I love when a band can make another's song their own, nice job! I've heard the term 'cowpunk' but what would we call this? On the flip side, I've always thought Cash's cover of NIN 'Hurt' was a great statement in so many ways.

Concerning Cash's rendition of Hurt, I found that it didn't convey the emotion of the song as well as it could have. It's a good version, but quite frankly, it's nothing compared to the original.
As for the embedded video, never heard the original song, but I'm loving this one. One thing I love the most about it is the juxtaposition of country and heavy rock. Both styles work wonderfully together in this song.
