It sounds like you should go; maybe they can teach you about the wonder and glory of punctuation. I mean seriously Man, what's with the periods, did the dog eat your space bar?

Okay, first thing's first. What the fuck is the deal with the periods and poor spelling, are you mentally handicapped in some way?

Make damn sure that before you post again that it doesn't look like a drunk 4 year old wrote your post or I promise you I will ban you from this site forever. Got it?

Now, If you have a specific question just ask me via PM, but for the love of fuck do not pollute the board with your bastardization of common sense and the English language.

"Get over it"?!

Here Jr., let me help you out a little here. You are a guest. You are a new member. We have no obligation to get over you. So far, you have brought nothing to the table here but some jackassy questions and a piss poor punctuation.

The idea here is to communicate and share ideas. To do this you need to be understood. Your retarded grammar is an impediment to communication.

Now, I know you are 'emo' and all. And, that is suppose to make you some sort of non-conformist. But you stand in that other line with all of the other emo fags.

I will admit to being a Bloodhound Gang fan. I also hate emo. I mean I really hate that shit. A bunch of limp wristed kids from the suburbs whining about their 'problems.' Satanism is about empowering the individual. Emo is about "poor pitiful me."

Anyway... I always ask people to email me music files when I am deployed. Someone sent me that song and I almost fell out of my chair because the song is so true.

I love youtube. If you are looking for something the chances are good that somebody has it on youtube.

ok. sorry. i did not realise being curious about Satanism was jackassy. being emo is not as much self pity but more of the non conforming and also the realisation that some things truly are hopeless. i am sorry if i offended anyone.

Sir, a thought for your consideration, regarding, “not conforming.”

When a bunch of people who acquire a certain attitude, accept a certain type of dress code, and call themselves a certain title such as “emo,” go to great lengths to be different from everyone else, they are indeed conformists.
They are merely conforming to a different thing from the average person.

As for some things being truly hopeless.
Well yes, some things are. If one flaps their arms, hoping to take flight, chances are, that their effort is quite hopeless. So what? Take a plane, or hang glide.
However, when it comes to the “human condition,” very little is truly hopeless. With enough fortitude (drive and motivation) a person can over come just about any obstacle. This has been proven time and time again in history, by those individuals, who were truly non conformists. The ones who did not allow others to deter them from making changes, where most claimed that changes were impossible.
Oppressors have been over thrown, kings dethroned, diseases conquered, fortunes made, and so on, most often by true “non conformists,” the ones who got off their asses, and DID something about them.

is. As Xear stated, no we will not get over it. We hold users to a higher standard when typing here. Proper grammar and punctuation are a must. Ignoring them and telling us to get over it, will result in one less member here.

Now for some gems I gleaned from the link you offered.

How to dress emo.....
I should volunteer to work at my local Goodwill or Salvation Army store for a day. Instead of turning over the bags of donated clothes, I instead put them in the trunk of my vehicle. When I get home, I dump the bags into a pile on the floor and turn out all the lights and close all the blinds. Then I randomly reach into the piles and put on whatever my happy hands pull out. I also need some kind of bag with buttons and patches. Luckily I already have the thick black glasses left over from my days in the Army. Also, when I wake up in the morning, I don't comb my hair. Let it be. Talk about classy.

I guess I fail in the diet department. I bleed barbeque sauce and will never give up eating flesh of any sort. Do I get bonus emo points though if I mourn and become all morose about eating said barbequed flesh? I can discuss it with other emo people and perhaps write a dark lamenting poem about the animal that I just ate.

I go to a lot of shows already. Got that covered. But I am not going to a show and complaining how a band sucks just for the sake of complaining.

I guess I need to start typing on message boards like a semi-retarded baboon. I.have.taken.the.liberty.of.removing.my.space.bar.to.make.this.

3. About as culturally significant as Kris Kross wearing their clothes backwards.

Ok. After some serious contemplation I have decided there truly are hopeless things no matter how hard humanity tries to overcome. World peace for one. Too many people with different ideas. Yes mankind can do so much but it comes to the point when one man will have power over the others and the opinion of the week wont matter anymore. Hence if you are the weak, for a period of time your existance is hopeless.

I don't know which group brings me more laughter.
1. The contrived non-comfomity of being emo.
2. The group that bought K-Fed's album.
3. The fake mohawk group. (This is that group that is so edgy and controversial, they spike the middle row of hair up on their head like a mohawk, yet leave the rest of their normal hair down. This group remains cool and edgy until midnight. That's when they change back into the mild mannered school boy or stock clerk they really are. Courtesy of head and shoulders and a towel. Non-conformity is a waste of time. The best way to control others and bend them to your will is to have them believe you are a member of the same clique or club. Non-conformity is contrary to lesser magic and counter productive! Better to be the chameleon instead of one instantly judged against for their appearance. Spend more time owning your situation and less time validating yourself with labels.

Be evil goddammit, thats what being a Satanist is!!!!!

You sound more like an emoron. You claim to have read a lot about Satanism, yet ask about rules or guidelines. What exactly have you read?

Well I have read all about the history (anton lavay) the principles the nine sins alot of stuff like that. I think what i meant was what is your real belief. most religions have you praying. some have a prayer where you become saved. What i am asking is this really a religion or more of a way of life. what makes this a more superior religion if that.

The Satanic Bible, The Satanic Rituals, and the documentary "Speak of the Devil" are all available in the Media Room for your review. If you really wanted to know you could simply read/watch said Media.

Also, It's great to know that you know all about "anton lavay", except apparently, how to spell the guy's name. It's Anton LaVey. ;-)

Thankfully, this thread is in general discussion and is not really about anything. So, I feel empowered to let it run to ground.

Now there is something we can agree on! Howard Bloom covers this pretty well in his book "The Lucifer Principle." It is highly recommended reading for a boy your age.

Now here are some guys that I was really into when I was your age, they knew a lot about world peace.

Danny, I believe what everyone here is trying to say is that you're more than likely wasting your time here. We're not going to spoon-feed you easy-to-swallow answers to questions that you should be discovering on your own. Sorry, pal. It seems like your efforts are indeed "hopeless."

Judging by your atrocious grammar and punctuation, you seem to have the IQ of a fencepost. Therefore, I will not waste my time and intellect on you. As xear has stated, everything you need to know is in the media room. If you have read all that you claim, and still ask these simple-minded questions, then you are obviously just stupid and the type of person who could complicate a stick.

BTW, this post is an example of a Satanic mind. Get the picture?

Sorry, Dan. You'd find it funny too if you'd been around longer. You see, all too often a "newbie" like yourself bounds into the fray and ends up angry as hell because the established members reply with snide remarks and spelling corrections. We do so because we enjoy intelligent communication at all times. Your stylized punctuation paints you, in our eyes, as a dullard more concerned with image than substance. If that is how you portray yourself, then we will reply in kind.

As a newbie, you'd do well to do as much reading on the topic as possible before asking questions. When/if questions do arise, approach the topic with a well-constructed, grammatically correct post in a forum such as this one. If you present yourself as a well-read and genuine searcher who can construct a coherent sentence, you'll find us to be a lot more receptive.

In your service,
Octavius

I really think padding our own egos by continuing to beat this guy up and flame him is a little weak. He has already cleaned up his typing and grammar, and seems to genuinely get the point. It is easy to jump on forum sites, or into groups sometimes without knowing exactly what's what. Danny has demonstrated that he is willing to accept a potentially new way of looking at things in order to stay here. That should count for something!

And realistically how many here wear Satanism like Danny wears emo?

Well said… Yaksha is new I can almost understand him wanting to be accepted but Nemesis? It’s a bit like the kid trying to fool somebody on April 2nd… You missed the boat and your sarcasm about wanting to watch his immolation on YouTube now makes you look silly…

Also well said… One needs to know when to punch and when to hold back… When someone shows potential growth I will back down… How little are we that we need to get on someone due to his or her style of dress?

The lesson taught here is more or less hide what you are, unless you can make it work for you… Most are worried about how they look to others… So the answer to that is very few…

Yaksha, your posturing is about as annoying as Danny's punctuation. Pleasse either add to the conversation at hand or refrain from typing. It appears you could benefit from some growing up as well.

Also very well said, even though I think you held yourself back…

Peace

I've been on a cruise in the Caribbean, void of internet connection for the past week and had been in the process of viewing the posts made while I was gone. Only after continuing down the forum threads did I realize that Danny had started to clean up his act, and by then I couldn't go back and edit my post. As for the silly part, I was in a silly mood last night. Oh well.

Maybe the lesson here is do not post before you read the whole thread… There are quite a few here that could stand to learn that lesson…

I think it was Asmedeus that brought up writing a post and letting it mature a bit before posting it… I do the same thing and if the topic strays too far from what I write by the time I am ready to post it, then its either a rewrite or it goes to the un-posted folder on my computer…

As far as being a bit silly, we all are at times…

Peace

This thread has lived out it's purpose. Therefore, I am locking it down.
