Meq Meq Banned active member Registered: 08/28/07 Posts: 861 Loc: UK	I have been unable to get into chat for about a day now. The window says "Initialization ..." and then freezes. Tried switching browsers, no cigar. I believe others may have had this problem too.

You can try increasing it, the minimum required for the chat is 600 pixels high, larger is recommended. Also, depending on your browser, you can try maximizing the chat window and pressing F11 for fullscreen mode. If that doesn't work, close the chat window and try starting chat from here, and try that again. Meq

Meq Meq Banned active member Registered: 08/28/07 Posts: 861 Loc: UK	Update: I just discovered that using the zoom feature in Firefox (and possibly other browsers) enlarges the chat window. It doesn't enlarge the text, it fits more in the larger window (albeit with a fixed aspect ratio, so you can't stretch it wider). Thus if too much zoom is used, the full chat window won't fit on the screen. If you can't find where to enter text in the chat, try turning off zoom (from another browser window), and it just may work then.

I am positive it is something to do with my computer and not the chat itself. Whenver I try to go into chat I make it all the way to where it says "Authentication" then one of those stupid boxes that says "Internet Explorer has stopped working". It tells me that it is looking for a solution but all it ever tells me is that a program has caused the program to stop working correctl. After the the chat starts loading again and the process repeats itself. Just wondering if anyone can help me out. I reset IE and tried to re-download/install flash player and now when it says "Authentication" the chat window closes.
