Yeah... I got a feeling it's internal with those people having problems. The chat seems to be working normally here and has since people have reported the problem.
I would think that if you added anything new to your computer or changed any settings, that would be a prime source to consider.

That's odd, I was disconnected from chat 2 and a half hours ago when I took my laptop out of wireless range, not bothering to sign out. I just went online now and discovered I was listed as being in the chatroom under 60 seconds ago.
Despite this, I was able to load chat just now, without the message I get if I'm already logged in. The server seemed to not only list me as being in chat when I wasn't, it updated my status every 60 seconds. Weird bug.
You know, I've being trying to use Chat on here for months to no avail. As soon as all the initializing and so on is completed, Chat closes down, my computer goes back to desktop and I get a message saying Firefox had to close. This happens with IE, too so I'm guessing it's not a browser problem. Any ideas, folks?
