Baron dHolbach Baron dHolbach member Registered: 12/29/09 Posts: 162	I love peanut butter. I eat it on a slice of Double Protein toast at least five days a week. My two favorite brands are: 1. Smart Balance - http://www.smartbalance.com/PeanutButterFamily.aspx 2. Peanut Butter & Co - http://ilovepeanutbutter.com/ The second of the two sells (at least in my local Shop Rite supermarket) a Cinnamon & Raisin flavor, a Dark Chocolate flavor, and a White Chocolate flavor, all of which I love! As long as it's crunchy. I eat just plain old peanut butter. Cinnamon and Raisin? About a pound or so, and put it in the food processor. It may take some getting used to, since there are no additives such as sugar. I've also made almond butter the same way. Just mix a jar of it with some powdered sugar until it becomes a crumbly texture then spread it in your pie crust, top with vanilla pudding and put it in the fridge. The colder it gets, the better it tastes. One of his particular fixations happened to be, you guessed it. His conclusion: PB is great stuff, but stick with the best organic only. In that sense the old saying is true; less is more. My favorite snack for a while has been peanut butter and honey on whole wheat bread. I'm also lucky. I personally have a hard time eating Jiffy, Peter Pan or other brands of peanut butter such as that. Tastes too much like candy, all natural tastes much more fulfilling. It's called Naturally More. I call it Super Peanut Butter. My girlfriend calls it The Awesome Peanut Butter. Not only does it have roasted peanuts (my fav), but the other ingredients are: Wheat Germ, Honey, Egg whites, Flax seeds and Flaxseed oil. You have to stir the hell out of it so you can eat it and it ends up with the consistency of paste.
