The classic 1971 horror movie with Andrew Prine. It came out on Dvd last year I believe. I really loved this movie the first time I saw it because it was done objectively (to a point) whereas Simon was not a clearcut hero or villain but a "Grey" character....

The movie is a hodgepodge or Wicca, Satanism, Psychedlic imagery and campy fun.... but I adore it!

Actually only saw it on BBC 2 a few months ago. Good fun if, like me , you grew up with Hammer.

I actually saw this the other week-- was pleasantly surprised! It was a very "authentic" and unsensationalist portrayal of modern occultism (minus the glowing red rotoscoped orb of doom).

The part where he tells off the coven of Wiccans had me in stitches. The friends I was watching it with just looked at me weird. I guess it's more of an inside-joke thing.

After reading this thread, I put in an order for it at NetFlix. Amaizing how big their selection is.

I should have it tomorrow, and it BETTER be as good as you guys claim, because I'm giving up an NCIS season four DVD for at least three days, to see this one. \:\)
