From the reports I heard, this footage is genuine. A 16-year-old boy slips while doing some dangerous diving, and gets his face torn open. He is later seen in hospital with the doctors trying to hold his face together, his teeth and tongue still visible. The kid later dies in hospital.
Moral to all: If you're ever tempted to do anything stupidly reckless, a wise motto would be "self-preservation is the highest law". A little stupidity could lead to a painful death.
"Stupidity should be painfull", looks like a perfect example of it. I guess he got what he deserved and the others saw what unthoughtfull actions can result in.
I might continue ranting, but to be perfectly honest I should admit I am not in the position to condemn this action or event. I know I also did quite some stupid things when I was younger which might have resulted in an equal bad way.
A sound piece of advice: if someone wants to do something risky, at least take the time to weigh off the risks. I also would have jumped of that wall on the condition the lower platform wasn't there and the water deep enough. Always calculate and measure the risks when you know you are going to do something "funny" and risky.

I'd hate to have to be the doctors there watching this guy die a terrible death. Even if they deal with terrible stuff like that. This is about more than just responsibility to the responsible. This is a lesson that in life nearly everything is chaotic and unpredictable. You have to be vigilant against stupidity, or the recklessness of your decision will have a greater cost than you could have ever imagined.
Sure it was stupid but I bet no one saw that coming. Gotta stay smart. Evolution isn't just the death of the weak and survival of the strong. Plenty strong die too, just not as many as the weak. What a shame. I'm not saying that human life has value, I'm simply expressing an emotion that is evolved into me when I see a fellow human experience so much pain and then die. Life is scarier than fiction sometimes.

WOW! Where in the hell do you find such good shit? That's amazing. I mean, the world of shit he must be in... I would hate to have been the rescue crew and accidently drop him in shock when we got closer. WOW!

Holy shit! I know there was warnings, but damn. I've never seen anything that horrific. Anyways, shock aside, I can't judge this kid too harshly. Teenagers have hormanal imbalances and their brains are still developing. As such, they tend to do idiotic things. It's just that lady luck was on this kid's side on that day.

for anyone who might be curious, this website I visit quite frequently http://humoron.com/shockingvideos.php has videos like this one. I already posted about this website on another thread due to this website having a porn section on there as well, but I thought it deserved to be posted here as well. word of warning, some of the videos are far out there, like a couple days ago I saw a video of a guy get ripped in half, and when his heart fell out and rolled on the ground for a good ten or so feet away it cotinued to beat for about five minutes. If you've got a weak stomach don't say I didn't warn ya.
Some say the devil is dead and buried in Killarney More say he rose again And joined the British army
Ouch, that looked like it hurt, and so much blood. I wouldn't go so far as to say this kid deserved it; he was only 16 and everybody does stupid shit at that age. I wonder if that place is closed off now or if there are people still diving off it.
Woah.. Atleast his death probally havent been without use, cause considering them standing there looking and diving on their own, they'll probally not do it again.. On a sidenote id say that atleast it's good that he died, cause I just can't imagen how he should be able to live on with a damage like that considering that his head got smacked open like.. roughly estimated, 10-15centimeters? into the skull.. yikes..

My oldest just watched this with me. He'll be 20 this year and told me he's glad he never did stuff quite like that. I remember how invincable he thought he was until he wrecked his go-cart. It was an older go-cart that sat maybe 4 inches off the pavement and didn't have a kill switch. He rolled the thing in the street after it clipped a curb. If my oldest hadn't been wearing a full face helmet, he probably would have lost his chin, teeth and nose. He still pushed the limits from time to time, but not like that again.
Teens will be teens but hopefully someone will get a serious clue from watching what happened to that young man. I couldn't have been one of the EMS on that call, that's for sure.
If only just for today.....
