Great. Health benefits. Whoop. Goddamned devil juice has me ready to hump furniture every damned time. Before the emoness kicks in.
Devil juice, my friends. I should elaborate that I spent a year drinking vile cask wine in a dilapidated flat. Space wine we called it.

Surely gin can be good for you?

Gin has a number of infused aromatics, therefore, aside from the detremetal effects of alcohol, you just might be getting "something" in return.

I believe, Tanqueray and Bombay Sapphire have at least 12 infused botanicals...

Perhaps we should all drink Gin and be healthy at that...

Red wine for dinner, Gin before and after.

A good wine to try is called "vampire" wine imported from Romania. It has a real sweet taste and is one of the few wines that I can drink.

I am not a big wine drinker. I much prefer brandy.

I bought some of the Vampire wine while I was on a tour of Transylvania (one of the perks of being a sailor). It really is a decent wine.

The best wine I've ever had in my travels across Europe, though, would have to be vino Pinocchio. First discovered it in a restaurant in Poland, and had some delivered to me when I got back to the states. It really is one of the best wines I've ever had the pleasure of tasting.

There is very little in life that gets me quite as drunk as red wine.

I have no idea why, but it just seems to flick switches.
The hangovers are pretty mild comparative to whiskey/vodka etc, but still there.

I have noticed though, that if I have an ulcer on my tongue, gum etc, that a significant volume of red wine will get rid of it. Odd, but perhaps that’s just the alcohol in the wine acting.
