Bravo!!! It was remarkable that they didn't foul each other's fret work or double stroke the strings.

I don't think they were sharing strings. He seemed to be essentially playing bass on the top three while she did all the legwork on the bottom three. She is an amazing player.

You are correct, sir. It is all very carefully planned out. However, there is very little possibility of them fouling each other up. For instance, even if he had his hand over the strings she was playing, she was fretting notes in a higher position, so unless any of them were open string notes (I don't think so), her fretted notes "overwrite", so to speak, any that he might be getting in the way of.
