Put a hefty dash of Worstishire sauce over the ice along with a splash of Tabasco sauce (maybe a double or triple splash with the Tabasco if you like it hot} Sprinkle with pepper, then pour a double shot of Vodka over the lot. I enjoy putting a few back around game time or out socializing with friends. But, the calories don't go unnoticed by me; hence, there is control. (I try to monitor all my calories making sure their as nutritious as possible) The calories in beer are empty, and they stick to the gut region. It's rumoured that she takes it out for "special dudes" and lets them root her in the socket...for a small cash donation,of course. It's simply not the nature of the beast. Wine, perhaps to a degree, adding Guava would help... any kind of fresh fruit juice would... but by then we are just making a poor attempt to "cancel out" the negative effects of alcohol on the body. All in moderation, I suppose, is well. And if you can add some fresh fruit or vegetable matter into your cocktail... so much the better. Not trying to be a "downer"... I only drink spirits really and I like Hen VS, Hen XO, St. Vivant, Hen 1865, Hapsburg Hardcore, Bairensfathers Bitter, Captain Morgan Private Stock, Ice 101, Everclear, Eichelberger 78 and 68 and Courvoisier VS. Sometimes I will drink wine and I usually get Archetype Barossa, Farnese Sangiovese or Tawny Port. Rarely I will drink beer but I like Dos Equis and Guinness.
