R=These are recipes iv'e experimented with and made up out of my head. so please keep a open mind and fun attitude for some of these for some will taste better than they smell or look ( i promise) anyway. i call this recipe " Subteranian sea dragon
1 pound salmon fillet
1 onion, sliced into rings
freshly ground black pepper
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil grate.
Place the salmon on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Place the onion rings on top of the filet. Pepper to taste. Wrap the foil around the salmon, but don't seal the top.
Place the salmon (still in foil) onto a preheated grill and cover. Cook for 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 small green pepper, diced 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Healthy Request® or regular) 1/3 cup water 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 pound fresh or thawed frozen fish fillet*
